About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for cashier operations and customer service, adhering to established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/registering merchandise and processing payments, as well as performing cash withdrawals from the register, closing the register, and submitting end-of-shift financial reports. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the cashier, following established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/weighing products, consulting the product code table, checking product labels, verifying weight on the scale and system correspondence; processing payments—including verifying prior authorization and making proper endorsements on the back when accepting checks—and authenticating cash when receiving cash payments; Ensure timely cash withdrawals from the register during the shift and proper register closing, including counting cash, reconciling totals, signing documentation, and delivering it to the Supervisor and/or depositing funds into a safe or 24-hour cash box—thereby preventing excessive exposed cash accumulation and ensuring accurate financial reporting; Contribute to achieving current campaign targets by actively promoting available products and services, identifying missing items, and promptly informing the Supervisor for corrective action; Help reduce front-end losses through preventive measures—such as minimizing plastic bag waste, preventing theft, expediting returns of perishable goods, etc.; Maintain the workstation and equipment in optimal working and clean condition; request plastic bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist with packing and organizing goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Support related tasks as needed, such as shelf stocking, checkout stand restocking, pricing and expiry date verification of merchandise, gift wrapping, etc.; REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Completed elementary school **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Av.
