JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in activities including selection, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking various types of meat, keeping them organized, well-presented, and stored according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as providing customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying questions in accordance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals.
