**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Create, verify, and approve documents such as NC, OC, and NF;
* Assist in collecting physical and digital signatures from the executive board;
* Manage and monitor monthly payments;
* Answer and route incoming calls;
* Receive and provide support to visitors of the executive board;
* Organize and send periodic documents (weekly);
* Request and track expense reimbursements and financial reports via the Paytrack system;
* Request and monitor purchases of mobile data packages for corporate travel;
* Support scheduling and calendar management for the executive board;
* Plan and organize birthday celebrations for members of the executive board;
* Prepare coffee and snacks for the executive board
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* High level of discretion
* IT knowledge (a plus)
