Job Summary: The VIDEO MAKER (ON-SITE) supports all stages of video production—from pre-production and filming to post-production and media management—ensuring the quality and organization of audiovisual content. Support for editing and post-production **Position: VIDEO MAKER (ON-SITE)** **Work Location:** Address: Rua Anfilóquio Nunes Píres, 5021 - Bela Vista, Gaspar - SC, 89111-081 **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 07:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00; Friday: 07:00–12:00 and 13:00–16:00. **Responsibilities:** 1 - Pre-production support: * Collaborate in developing video concepts and scripts. * Assist in selecting locations, equipment, and cast, as needed. * Conduct research to ensure content accuracy and relevance. 2 - On-set filming assistance: * Assist in setting up and operating filming equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear. * Provide logistical support during shoots, including set organization and resource management. * Monitor workflow to ensure filming efficiency and quality. 3 - Post-production support: * Assist in video editing, including cutting, assembly, color correction, and adding visual effects. * Contribute to soundtrack selection and audio editing, as needed. * Collaborate on video review and finalization, ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines. 4 - Media management and organization: * Maintain an organized video archive, including raw footage, graphic assets, and editing projects. * Manage digital media storage and cataloging to ensure easy access and file security. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in video production, preferably as an assistant or in similar roles. * Practical knowledge of filming equipment, video editing software, and audiovisual production techniques. * Basic video editing skills and familiarity with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. * Ability to work effectively in a team, follow guidelines, and contribute creative ideas. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure work accuracy and consistency. * Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic production environment. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance or food voucher of R$ 20.00 (twenty reais) per day, with no payroll deduction; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Partnership with SESI for pharmacy services, dentistry, SESI medical clinic, SESI sports center (gym, nutritionist, and others).
