If you want to expand your talent, join us on this journey full of opportunities, development, and strong cooperation to propel you toward an unexplored universe! **Job Description:** The Reservation Operator will be responsible for managing guest reservations at our resort, ensuring high-quality customer service and maximizing resort occupancy. You will play a key role in creating positive experiences for our visitors—from the moment of booking through check-in. **✅ Responsibilities:** Answer phone calls, emails, and guest messages to process and confirm reservations. Use reservation systems to enter, modify, and cancel reservations, ensuring data accuracy. Provide detailed information about accommodations, rates, promotional packages, and additional resort services. Assist guests with special requests and preferences, such as room types and special needs. Efficiently and courteously manage and resolve issues or complaints related to reservations. Collaborate with front desk and other departments to ensure all guest needs are met before and during their stay. Monitor and update reservation statuses to maximize occupancy and optimize revenue. Maintain accurate and detailed records of reservations and guest interactions. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; a bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, or related fields is a plus. Prior customer service experience, preferably in resort or hospitality environments. Ability to operate reservation systems and hotel management software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment. Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
