Work in compliance with safety and quality standards Description: * Incomplete Elementary Education (Completed 5th grade of elementary level, with Certificate). * Perform MPO of the equipment, inspecting components daily and arranging corrective maintenance requests when necessary, ensuring the machine remains fully operational, avoiding rework and accidents; * Finish raw or pre\-machined parts using a disc device to remove defects from parts (ribs, excess feed, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welding), adhering to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) or part markings, ensuring customer quality standards are met and area productivity indicators are achieved; * Maintain responsibility for assigned tools, using and storing them appropriately to preserve assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in improvement projects, suggesting and contributing toward improving working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, acting preventively. * Comply with occupational safety standards as well as integrated quality management procedures, ensuring employee physical integrity. * Adhere to organization and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2511200202481879644
