Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing preventive maintenance, part finishing, and tool care, ensuring quality and safety in the workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Care for tools and compliance with safety standards Description: * Incomplete Elementary Education (Completion of the 5th grade of elementary level, with Certificate). * Perform MPO of the equipment, inspecting components daily and arranging corrective maintenance requests when necessary, aiming to ensure the machine remains fully operational, avoiding rework and accidents; * Perform finishing on raw or pre\-machined parts, using a disc device to remove defects from parts (ribs, excess feed, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welding), paying attention to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) specifications or part markings, aiming to meet customer quality standards and achieve area productivity indicators; * Take care of tools under one's responsibility, using and storing them appropriately to preserve assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in improvement projects, suggesting and contributing toward improving working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, and acting preventively. * Comply with occupational safety standards as well as integrated quality management procedures, aiming to ensure employees' physical integrity. * Adhere to organization and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2511200202481879643
