Description

Retail trade of sports goods seeks an E-commerce Assistant in Jaraguá do Sul (Downtown). Home Sport Center specializes in selling sports equipment and accessories. It offers a wide range of products to meet the needs of athletes and sports enthusiasts. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for full product, category, and subcategory registration on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, ensuring organized, detailed, and appealing information to enhance customer experience and optimize online search performance. Create strategic product titles, descriptions, and content using relevant keywords to improve search engine rankings. Prepare and edit product photos to ensure visual quality for promotion and sales. Possess in-depth knowledge of store merchandise to provide online customer support throughout the entire purchasing process until sale completion. Also responsible for daily order collection, sorting, verification, and preparation for dispatch, tracking shipments, invoices, and order statuses. In marketplace management, handle product submission to partner platforms, monitor activations, identify and correct listing errors, perform category and attribute mapping, and maintain controls and audits for active and inactive products. Directly manage customer service tickets (SACs) and provide marketplace support as needed, seeking solutions and evidence for potential third-party errors. Continuously monitor promotional campaigns, educational events, and platform updates, as well as freight control, shipping tables, inventory, sales, and operational KPIs. In social media, contribute creative ideas, produce product media, and draft texts using proper Portuguese language to support communication and brand strengthening. Position based in Jaraguá do Sul / SC. Previous experience as E-commerce Assistant, Online Sales Assistant, E-commerce Analyst, or E-commerce Operator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
