Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Analyst to manage e-commerce and marketplace projects and implementations, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution from kickoff to Go Live. Key Highlights: 1. Support the P.O. in tracking schedules and deadlines 2. Organize communications and follow-ups with clients 3. At Digital Growth, we need the first type? We are opening a position for a Project Analyst with hands-on experience in e-commerce and marketplaces. We seek a Project Analyst to work on-site in Palhoça, SC, side-by-side with our Product Owner (P.O.), ensuring projects and implementations flow smoothly from start to Go Live — without bottlenecks, noise, or drama. Your responsibilities will include: ▸ Supporting the P.O. in tracking schedules and deadlines ▸ Organizing communications and follow-ups with clients ▸ Updating tasks, dashboards, and reports in ClickUp and spreadsheets ▸ Ensuring data, integrations, and customizations are validated prior to Go Live ▸ Executing native integrations and transferring products across platforms ▸ Conducting training and handoffs for clients upon implementation completion ▸ Identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions before they become problems What we expect: ▸ Experience managing agile or hybrid projects ▸ Functional expertise in Nuvemshop, Tray, or similar platforms ▸ Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills ▸ Proficiency with ClickUp, Monday, or other task management tools Fluent communication via email, WhatsApp, and Slack Advantages: ▸ Experience in digital agencies or consulting firms ▸ Proven track record of Go Lives and e-commerce implementations ▸ Familiarity with Notion or similar tools This role is not for you if... ✕ You need constant direction on what to do ✕ You complain more than you solve ✕ You avoid direct feedback ✕ You prefer predictable routines over accelerated growth We are digital marketing, e-commerce, and marketplace specialists.
