Job Summary: This professional will assist in activities such as sorting, cutting, weighing, packaging, and restocking meats, ensuring organization, presentation, and customer service. Sales enhancement through attractive product display. About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in sorting, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking various types of meat, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, production schedules, and protocols, as well as providing customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, guide customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Assist in sorting, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking various types of meat, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, schedules, protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and goals; also properly store trimmings, fat, and tallow in the collector box for sale to bone-processing factories; Enhance customer service efficiency through continuous replenishment of product display counters and accurate pricing, adhering to predefined rules and standards; Reduce shrinkage and discrepancies by regularly auditing inventory and properly handling and storing meat; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and customer relationship building; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in cold and refrigerated chambers, while maintaining cleanliness and optimal operational conditions in compliance with hygiene, safety, and predefined standards; Support physical inventory counts, controls, and audits; Monitor product appearance and expiration dates, performing daily inspections and removing products with damaged or expired packaging or lacking identification; Assist in preparing seasonings and roasting meats and other items when required; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance as needed; Assist in related tasks as required; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health card Flexible availability for work hours; **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Rua Bonifácio Haendchen, 1120 \- Belchior Central, Gaspar \- SC, 89110\-000 **Working Hours:** 12:50 15:00 16:10 21:20 **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Shopping Benefits at Group Stores Life Insurance * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
