Fitting RH is a specialized recruitment and selection firm offering human resources management solutions to diverse organizations. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media. Monitor the entire after-sales process and apartment customization procedures. Send notifications and updates to customers regarding construction milestones, deadlines, and progress. Organize and participate in events hosted by the real estate developer, ensuring excellent customer service. Support the coordination and delivery of customized promotional items for special occasions and strategic initiatives. Record and track customer inquiries, requests, and feedback. Coordinate with engineering, finance, and commercial departments to ensure accurate and timely responses. Contribute to overall content management, maintaining alignment with brand standards and identity.
