So move with us!* \#we**move**towin **Job Description** * Lead and develop the purchasing engineering team, promoting high performance and engagement. * Ensure timely delivery and achievement of project goals led by the team. * Support price negotiations, agreements, and contracts with suppliers, securing optimal conditions for the company. * Make strategic decisions related to supplier selection, qualification, and development. * Create and manage the RPP pipeline—Cost Reduction Projects. * Provide support and escalate issues across multidisciplinary interfaces, such as engineering, quality, logistics, and finance. * Ensure compliance with established purchasing process development criteria. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * MBA in Project Management is desirable; * Experience in procurement; * Experience in project management; * Knowledge of the metal-mechanical sector is desirable, especially in the development of machined parts, cast iron, die-cast aluminum, forged, and sintered components; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Fluent English proficiency. **\*\* Bosch Employee: Must be SLR or TPR.** **Additional Information*** *This position is open to persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals.*
