




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: – Monitor the entry and exit of students, teachers, administrative technicians from other departments, and external visitors. – Provide service to students, teachers, administrative technicians from other departments, and external visitors. – Ensure proper operation of computers, printers, laboratory facilities, and classrooms. – Analyze and update monthly the laboratory routine tutorials. – Conduct opening and closing procedures for classrooms / laboratories at the School of Business. – Organize laboratory materials and equipment. – Make and receive telephone calls for the department. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: – Proficiency in computer skills (web browsers, internet, Windows 10 and Windows 7 operating systems). – Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. **BENEFITS:** Wage: R$ 8.38 per hour.
