Job Summary: Responsible for telesales activities aimed at prospecting, acquiring, and retaining customers, thereby driving sales growth and achieving targets. Key Highlights: 1. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for performing telesales activities aimed at prospecting, acquiring, and retaining customers, as well as boosting sales and achieving unit targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Conduct prospecting and acquisition of potential customers through regional market research and scheduled visits, developing routines to understand customer needs and meet their demands; Boost sales growth and customer loyalty through personalized service and support addressing customer needs; Facilitate product and pricing negotiations for customers by maintaining continuous contact with the commercial department to achieve targets; Ensure order fulfillment from visits by monitoring sales processes and conducting follow\-up until product delivery to customers; Collaborate synergistically with the store team to ensure strong performance in activities through meetings and guidance, aiming to consolidate processes and achieve telesales targets; Monitor performance progress by recording customer visits and completed sales; Requirements Prior experience in the field **Academic Qualification:** Completed high school **Specific Knowledge:** Familiarity with products sold and negotiation skills **Computer Skills:** Intermediate-level Microsoft Office suite **Additional Information:** This position is 100% on-site **Work Location:** R.
