Job Summary: An IT Support Analyst to ensure the proper operation and availability of ZEN S.A.'s technological infrastructure, contributing to operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Install, configure, and maintain systems and software We are seeking an **IT Support Analyst** to join the team at **ZEN S.A.**, a globally recognized automotive industry manufacturer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and availability of the company's technological infrastructure, providing support for systems, networks, equipment, and users—thereby contributing to organizational operational efficiency and continuity. **Work Schedule: On-site, Monday through Friday, compensated Saturday off, from 5:30 AM to 3:12 PM** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and all implemented software; * Identify technical issues with equipment and IT network, testing\-them, researching, and studying solutions; * Train system users on proper usage of basic software; * Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment to avoid resource unavailability; * Develop specifications, testing, and validation of third-party hardware and software to be acquired; * Monitor the IT infrastructure environment and ensure its availability, using tools such as Zabbix and Grafana; * Provide support for the company's information architecture—including hardware, software, databases, telecommunications resources, and information security aspects; * Guarantee backup integrity through execution and restoration in accordance with established standards; * Contribute to maintaining full technological infrastructure availability by monitoring the entire environment, assessing performance, and specifying improvements; * Support activities related to specification, planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of data processing and communication software within automated communication environments across business units. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), WSUS, NPS, ADFS; * Storage, Network Services, Routing, LAN, Switching, Firewall, DHCP, DNS, FTP, SFTP, RDP, NAC; * Virtualization (VMware); * Web servers: Apache, Nginx, IIS, Tomcat; * Office365 environment management; * Backup tools; * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in IT-related fields (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines). **Additional Information** * Annual profit-sharing program; * Semi-annual attendance bonus; * Health insurance plan (extendable to dependents); * Outpatient medical assistance; * Dental assistance (extendable to dependents); * Psychological counseling; * 50% reimbursement for medications (extendable to dependents); * Daycare allowance for children up to 5 years old; * Life insurance; * On-site meals; * Educational incentives; * Optional life insurance; * And much more!
