Respond to crisis situations. Work on high-complexity projects. Log activities in service desk and project management systems. Create technical articles for the knowledge base. **REQUIREMENTS:** Advanced Linux expertise (troubleshooting, service implementation and configuration); Experience creating/manipulating Shell scripts; Experience with IaC tools such as Ansible and Terraform. Proficiency in concepts such as LVM, LUN, Multipath, iSCSI/Fibre Channel/SAS. Knowledge of virtualization and virtualization tools (VMware/OLVM). Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and firewalls. Apache, DNS, DHCP, Zimbra. Knowledge of network services: DNS, DHCP, Email. Experience handling crises. LPI Level 1 certification. Technical English. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server. LPI Level 2 or 3 certifications (Linux Professional Institute). AWS Solutions Architect – Associate certification. AWS SysOps Administrator certification. CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certification. CKS (Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist) certification.
