**Position: Support Analyst II – Bauru/SP (Holiday Coverage)** **Location:** Educação DRE – Rua Campos Salles, 9-43, Vila Falcão – Bauru/SP ️ **Duration:** January 5, 2026 to January 25, 2026 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (200 hours/month) **Employment Type:** Temporary Contract – Holiday Coverage **Salary:** BRL 2,651.48 **️ Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Providing technical support to users. * Installing and configuring IT equipment. * Diagnosing and resolving incidents, including possible interaction with vendors. * Supporting Windows operating systems (7/8/10/11). * Supporting Microsoft tools: Office, Outlook, Office 365, Teams, and OneDrive. * Installing approved software (antivirus, PDF readers, plugins). * Installing specific systems based on Prodesp manuals and tutorials. * Assisting with network infrastructure: identifying failures, crimping cables, and installing switches. * Logging and tracking service requests in a Service Desk system. * Developing and updating procedures and technical documentation. * Identifying automatable tasks and suggesting improvements. **Technical Requirements** ----------------------- * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical support. * **Mandatory Certifications:** * ITIL V4 or higher; * MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator) or equivalent. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Linux (basic); * Windows 7 or newer (advanced); * Active Directory; * Office 365 and Office 2016+; * MD-100 and MD-101; * Networks (wired and wireless), TCP/IP, security, and encryption; * Hardware maintenance (advanced); * Basic English for reading. **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------------- * Clear and concise communication. * Professional conduct when facing unexpected situations. * Adaptability to rules and routines. * Dynamism and user-focused service orientation. **Benefits** -------------- * Meal Allowance – BRL 30.00 (20% deduction). * Transportation Allowance. * SESC Membership. * Life Insurance. * Health Plan. * GoGood.
