We thrive on challenges and seek people to build careers and achieve results together with us! **Responsibilities and duties** Provide support for data communication networks and their security; Install, configure, and test software and hardware; Manage inventory of equipment and licenses; Train, guide, and assist corporate network users; Perform installation and updates of applications, operating systems, and antivirus software on workstations; Be responsible for maintaining base equipment and software; Maintain desktops and laptops; Configure applications on smartphones and tablets; Recover and perform data backups. Maintain software updates, versions, and releases; Monitor third-party maintenance services; Provide support for company systems; **Requirements and qualifications** Technical and behavioral competencies: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields (completed or in progress); Knowledge of printers, servers, Linux, Microsoft products, and the Internet; Experience with Windows Server, mobile and landline telephony; Communication and user support skills; Experience in system implementations and network maintenance.
