Drive continuous delivery of value to the business We are hiring a Scrum Master to ensure the correct application of agile methodologies, promote collaboration among teams, and drive continuous delivery of value to the business. We understand that for this role, the following knowledge is required: • Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology or an undergraduate degree in any field with a postgraduate degree in IT; • Scrum (artifacts, roles, events, and rules); • Kanban, Lean, and XP; • Facilitation techniques, conflict mediation, and team coaching; • Agile metrics and performance indicators; • Project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar; Desired certifications: • PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I – Scrum.org); • CSM (Certified ScrumMaster – Scrum Alliance); • Advanced certifications such as PSM II, PSM III, A\-CSM, or CSPO will be considered a plus.
