The ideal candidate will lead mobile network deployment projects, seek improvements in work procedures, and possess knowledge of various work management methods and methodologies. **This and all other positions advertised are open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Update data, dashboards, and corporate systems with site deployment status. * Monitor field activities and supplier activities, documenting progress and pending items. * Assist in verifying pre\-requisites for deployment (power supply, infrastructure, transportation, tower). * Prepare minutes, weekly reports, and internal communications according to the Mobile Network department’s defined templates. * Conduct simple follow\-ups with technical, administrative departments, and tower vendors. * Assist in maintaining existing operational workflows and processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Strong communication skills; Flexibility and adaptability to business needs, people, and processes; Innovation mindset; Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum); Advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, control formulas); Collaboration tools: SharePoint, Planner, OneDrive, Teams, and Power BI **Education:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Commercial Management, or related fields. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:12 to 18:00.
