Analyze operational indicators and propose continuous improvements Description: Completed undergraduate degree Relevant experience in the role Desirable: Postgraduate degree in a technical field within the segment Spanish / English NR 35 * Reports to the contract management team regarding daily operational routines, tool availability, material planning, plant maintenance, input control, and preparation of production reports. * Responsible for validating daily and monthly reports, and preparing supplier measurements * Validate procedures and work instructions, as well as conduct training with the work team * Coordinate work fronts, waste reception, and general maintenance at EcoParque in accordance with applicable legislation and Veolia standards * Coordinate the acquisition and application of technical data required for the implementation of new areas, unit operation, preparation of technical reports, and managerial indicators * Coordinate the use of labor, materials, and inputs required for EcoParque operations according to prior planning * Submit purchase requests for materials and inputs necessary for operations and assist in invoice approvals * Support the CGR manager in preparing budgets and investments required for business continuity and monitor incurred costs * Analyze operational indicators and justify findings to the unit management * Prepare technical operational area reports upon request * Analyze opportunities for operational improvement to initiate respective implementation measures * Perform measurements on construction works and equipment, analyzing results to ensure they are in perfect condition and comply with Veolia standards and current regulations * Act as the interface between field operational leadership and overall management * Analyze and control the reporting of operational and financial KPIs, as well as Latam KPIs * Support the development of procedures and presentations for standardization and training of operational teams across units and contracts * Conduct field technical visits to business units * Support critical analyses and documentary preparation for audits * Assist the EcoParque manager in analyzing the DRE and preparing the Budget * Occasionally perform operations of yellow-line machinery and mobile equipment as needed.
