TCL SEMP INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO DE ELETROELETRÔNICOS S.A. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst with a focus on payroll. This position is critical to ensuring the efficiency and compliance of payroll processes, as well as contributing to the development of HR policies that support our organizational culture. As a Senior Human Resources Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Managing electronic timekeeping systems; * Performing monthly payroll entries and payroll closing; * Handling e-Social / Digital FGTS and DCTFweb-related processes; * Conducting employee hiring and termination procedures; * Generating bank payment files; * Monitoring vacation expiration dates, preparing reports, and performing payroll calculations; * Managing service provider contracts and verifying invoices issued by such providers; * Performing monthly entries of absenteeism and overtime indicators, as well as consolidating them with other departmental indicators for monthly managerial reporting; * Assisting in the development of the human resources budget; * Providing support and guidance to employees on general inquiries and HR-related matters.
