We have been in the market for nearly 5 years, growing rapidly with a base of over 587 active customers. Our office is located in Guaramirim, and we currently have a team of approximately 30 people. About the Position We are hiring for the Customer Support area. Responsibilities include: Providing post-sale customer training and guidance; Answering questions and assisting customers with system usage; Support delivered primarily via WhatsApp and videoconference.
