Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for creating visual maps, layouts, and graphic documents to support creation, marketing, and sales teams. **Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain detailed schedules for collections and projects using tools such as Excel, Planner, and flowcharts—ensuring timely delivery. Administer the Fluxogama system, standardizing and organizing information to ensure data consistency across teams. Create reports for monitoring and managing planning activities. Export planning data from Excel (collection briefing spreadsheet) into Fluxogama, ensuring information is accessible for the styling team to begin creation and registration processes. Collect and analyze data from various departments to generate strategic reports supporting business decision-making and management. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), track project and goal progress, and prepare reports for senior management—proposing corrective actions when necessary. Support product sampling activities, documenting decisions made by styling and pattern-making teams via photos and videos to record the development process. Prepare daily reports on collection and project progress for the responsible manager. Inspect raw materials and trims to ensure they meet required production specifications. Ensure availability of inputs (raw materials and trims) for the technical team, guaranteeing all necessary materials are released for cutting and sewing within planned timelines. Track and validate arrival of raw materials and trims, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to avoid production delays. Manage input supply flow, monitoring inventory levels, delivery forecasts, and potential impacts on collection development. Anticipate risks and resolve issues related to material shortages by proposing alternatives and ensuring continuity of the production process. Monitor activity progress with the technical team (cutting, sewing, finishing), ensuring adherence to scheduled timelines.
