**Responsibilities** * Supervise and guide the quality team throughout all production stages (cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, finishing, and packaging); * Map, analyze, and propose improvements in quality processes, ensuring product and process compliance with internal standards and customer requirements; * Conduct internal audits of processes and products, monitoring corrective and preventive action plans (PDCA); * Develop and update work instructions, SOPs, and other quality management system documents; * Monitor quality performance indicators (rework rate, waste, customer satisfaction, response time), proposing actions for continuous improvement; * Train operational teams on good quality practices, production standards, and customer requirements; * Collaborate with PPCP, Production, and Product Development in process standardization and stabilization; * Support handling of internal and external non-conformities (customers and suppliers); * Participate in continuous improvement projects, certifications, and external audits (such as ISO 9001); * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety in the department, maintaining process and information integrity; * Lead the quality team with focus on results, collaboration, and operational excellence. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing degree in **Production Engineering, Textile Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or related fields**; * Proven experience in **Textile/Garment Quality**, preferably in leadership roles; * Proficiency in **Quality Tools**; * Knowledge of **Quality Audits (ISO 9001 or similar)**; * Experience in **process and finished product inspection**, traceability, and customer requirements; * Ability to create and review technical documentation (SOP, WI, forms, and reports); * Knowledge of **industrial processes in textile garment manufacturing** and ERP systems related to production or quality; * Proficiency in **Office Suite (Advanced Excel)**; * Analytical profile, with critical process insight, results orientation, and ability to drive continuous improvements. ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher (Flexible), Pharmacy Voucher, Dental Plan, Parking, 50% discount at Beagle stores ### **Department:** Beagle Headquarters Blumenau
