




The Occupational Physician will be responsible for occupational health management, ensuring legal compliance, risk prevention, health promotion, monitoring of medical exams, and providing technical support to SESMT and people management. **Main Responsibilities** **Occupational Health and Legal Programs** * Develop, review, and issue the **Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO)**. * Conduct admission, periodic, return-to-work, change-of-function, and termination medical examinations. * Monitor and evaluate health indicators (absenteeism, leave of absences, occupational epidemiology). * Define protocols for complementary exams according to risks identified by PPRA/LTCAT/PGRO. **Occupational Clinical Care** * Provide clinical and occupational medical care as required by the company. * Assess leaves, restrictions, and fitness levels, proposing preventive and rehabilitation measures. * Monitor employees returning after leave, focusing on rehabilitation. **Risk Management and Prevention** * Support SESMT in identifying risks and implementing preventive actions. * Participate in internal committees (CIPA, ergonomics, safety). * Issue technical opinions and reports when necessary. **Health Education** * Lead internal health campaigns, vaccination drives, prevention initiatives, and quality-of-life programs. * Promote initiatives focused on well-being, mental health, and ergonomics. **Communication and Interface** * Work closely with HR and Occupational Safety teams on strategic decisions. * Support labor processes and medical expert evaluations when needed. * Provide technical guidance to leaders and managers. **Requirements Education** * Completed degree in Medicine. * **Specialization in Occupational Medicine**, with mandatory RQE registration. **Experience** * Experience as an Occupational Physician in medium or large-sized companies. * Experience with SESMT, audits, and managing legal programs. **Technical Knowledge** * Labor legislation and regulatory standards (NR-7, NR-17, NR-9, NR-1, etc.). * Occupational health management systems (e.g.: SOC, Senior, TOTVS – desirable).
