Apply now! **\#YouAtRandoncorp \#WeAreRandoncorp \#JoinCastertechSchroeder** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform product handling, transshipment, storage, inventory, replenishment, and dispatch activities; * Generate logistics reports—such as purchased materials, physical volumes, storage levels, movement flows, frequency of receipt and dispatch—via system, to support decision-making for internal process improvements; * Update line replenishment routes and systems, as well as appropriate transportation equipment types, analyzing replenishment flows, times, and resources to improve the logistics process; * Support inventory accuracy efforts within defined standards; * Apply organizational and cleaning techniques (e.g., arrangement, storage methods, packaging) in logistics operations to ensure defined accuracy levels and internal/external service standards; * Sequence customer products and/or parts following internal procedures and guidelines; * Move materials and/or products using forklifts; * Pick materials according to reservations, delivering products on time and in requested quantities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed elementary education. * Coursework or knowledge of computer skills/Microsoft Office; **Desirable:** * Experience in warehouse, dispatch, and/or receiving areas. * Driver’s license – Category B or higher; * Course or knowledge of NR 11 – Forklifts, Overhead Cranes, Hoists, and KBK; **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Shift 2 – From 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. **Benefits:** * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * PPR – Profit Sharing Plan * Christmas Bonus Basket * Company Transportation * E-Learning Platform * Language Program * Discounts at Educational Institutions #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
