





Lead the team in executing processes related to the commercial department while observing the company's rules, policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with established standards. **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead and manage team activities in commercial department processes, managing the physical, human and material resources made available to ensure compliance with predefined standards and achievement of departmental objectives and goals; * Analyze feasibility and prepare commercial proposals according to each client's cargo profile, following the company's Commercial Policy, to support sales representatives, account executives and managers in deciding whether to approve or reject a commercial proposal, aiming to finalize negotiations; * Analyze revenue from commercial proposals by monitoring customer freight shipping reports to verify alignment with agreed negotiations and profitability of the service provided, forwarding for corrective action when not aligned; * Ensure preparation, lead and provide supporting materials for participants of the Regional Commercial Weekly Planning Meeting (RPS), as well as develop and monitor execution of Action Plans to address unmet performance indicators; * Monitor the external sales team's schedule of in-person visits through specific reports to ensure visit quantity and quality, collecting information for creating or revising freight rate tables; * Prospect potential clients for the external sales team to contact, through active search or analysis of internal and external reports, contributing to achieving unit results; * Verify and implement proposals approved by manager and client by comparing system-entered data with signed physical copies to ensure data reliability and consistency; * Conduct post-sales follow-up via commercial visit reports and direct client calls to ensure effectiveness of commercial visits, assess customer satisfaction with services provided, and promote client retention; * Support quotation closing process, adhering to commercial policy, company procedures and manuals, to ensure successful completion of negotiated shipments; * Develop technical and behavioral competencies within the team through training sessions and periodic meetings, disseminating the company's essence, values and DNA, promoting ownership mindset, teamwork, quality of work life, and ensuring continuity of the organization's succession model through high-performance team development; * Monitor commercial department goals and KPIs, taking necessary actions to correct deviations, aiming to achieve productivity targets, reduce costs and eliminate waste; **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing or related fields. * Experience in commercial department activities, Customer Service and/or related areas.
