




Provide technical and administrative support to Analysts, ensuring the proper execution of tax processes and procedures in compliance with established regulations and deadlines. **Responsibilities and duties** * Receive incoming invoices for materials and services for data processing and entry by analysts. * Perform general administrative tasks in support of the area, such as document filing, copying, issuing demonstrative reports, and other related activities. * Perform truck load weighing, issue MTR (Waste Transport Manifest), verify fiscal documents against Purchase Orders (PO), and issue reports on invoices issued to the company. * Carry out verification and monitoring of the XML invoice input report issued against the company, preventing failure to record at the correct time for the fiscal/accounting event. * Issue invoices for shipments (repairs/processing/company returns except sales invoicing), processing based on Shipping Orders. * Comply with safety standards inherent to the position and organization. * Comply with organization and cleanliness standards. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma.
