Job Summary: Responsible for cash register operations and customer service, following protocols, scanning merchandise, and processing payments, as well as performing cash withdrawals and cash register closing. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for cash register operations and customer service, adhering to established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning merchandise and processing payments; performing cash withdrawals from the register; closing the register; and submitting daily financial reports at the end of the shift. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the cash register by following established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/weighing products; consulting code tables; checking product labels, scale weight, and system correspondence; processing payments; for checks, verifying prior authorization and making appropriate notations on the back; for cash, verifying authenticity; Ensure cash withdrawals during the shift and proper register closing, including counting cash, reconciling totals, signing reports, and delivering them to the Supervisor and/or depositing into a safe or 24-hour cash box to avoid excessive exposed cash and ensure accurate financial reporting; Contribute to achieving current campaign targets by offering available products and services, identifying missing items, and promptly notifying the Supervisor for corrective action; Contribute to reducing front-end losses by proactively minimizing plastic bag waste, preventing theft, expediting returns of perishable items, etc.; Maintain the workplace and equipment in optimal condition and cleanliness; request plastic bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist in sorting goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Assist with related tasks as needed, such as shelf stocking, checkout counter restocking, product pricing and expiry date verification, gift packaging, etc.; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Left Bank \- Gaspar **Working Hours:** 1:00 PM to 9:20 PM, with a 1-hour break. **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefits Store Purchase Benefits Life Insurance Performance Bonus Attendance Bonus * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
