Control and negotiation of vehicle rental services **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** Perform quotations and purchases of materials, equipment, and services; Monitor orders, delivery deadlines, and communication with suppliers; Verify invoices and support the material receipt process; Control and update procurement and contract spreadsheets and reports; Negotiate with car rental companies; Make car reservations with rental companies; Monitor vehicle mileage, schedule maintenance and car washes; Guide users on vehicle refueling policies and conduct; Support accounts payable and receivable routines, entries, and reconciliations; Contribute to document organization and monthly closing. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (technical or bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, or related fields preferred); Prior experience in procurement or administrative/financial routines; Proficiency in Excel and management systems (ERP); Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of priority. **Minimum Education Level:** High School **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Benefits:** Meal Allowance \- BRL 400.00, increasing to BRL 600.00 after probation period; Health Insurance after probation period *Apply via Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
