This position is open to persons with disabilities. **How You Will Make an Impact:** * Support operations on technical matters related to problem analysis and resolution. * Support the production process by identifying problems, non\-conformities, and production difficulties arising from deviations by external suppliers, product engineering, inefficiencies in our production processes, or operational errors in the factory. * Monitor the handling of customer complaints, interacting with relevant departments to ensure they are properly addressed and resolved. * Support business units in customer satisfaction surveys and in the proper use of specific tools for conducting such surveys, as well as in organizational processes for managing customer feedback. * Support business units in controlling measuring equipment (metrology system) by verifying equipment calibration expiration dates, acting as a facilitator to ensure equipment is sent for calibration, delivering user training on proper handling of measuring equipment, and preparing reports on the calibration process status when required. * Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, and/or Technical Drawing; * Experience in reading and interpreting technical and mechanical drawings, and in using basic quality tools for problem analysis and resolution (Pareto, Fishbone, Trend Charts); * Experience in supporting ISO 9001:2015 certification/audit processes, continuous improvement PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycles, boiler or machinery manufacturing processes, and metrology is desirable; * Experience in problem solving – 8D/A3 or other methodologies, SAP QM module (non\-conformance recording), and knowledge of quality tools such as 5S, PDCA, Lean 6Sigma, and Kaizen is desirable; * Intermediate English is a plus; **Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
