You will work in collaborative, value-driven teams to build robust and scalable solutions for our customers. Design and develop large-scale backend services based on microservices architectures. Apply the latest technological thinking to solve our consumers’ problems with quality and resilience. Efficiently use DevOps tools and practices for service development, configuration, and operations. You will participate in the entire software development and delivery lifecycle—from conception through deployment and beyond. Develop resilient, performant, well-written, and thoroughly tested features aligned with product direction and existing technical standards. Document, optimize, and maintain specifications, components, source code, modules, and resources of developed features. Conduct code reviews for other squad members, reinforcing the importance of delivery quality. Participate in meetings to define timelines and deliverables. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present technical information to diverse audiences. Participate in backend chapters to voluntarily share and contribute your experience with others through presentations, development, blogs, documentation, and more. You are resilient in ambiguous situations and capable of tackling challenges from multiple perspectives.**Qualifications** ------------------ * Solid experience with Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot or Quarkus for developing highly available backend applications. * Knowledge of REST API design and implementation following architectural best practices. * Experience with AWS cloud services and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. * Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka, SQS, and/or SNS. * Knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases. * Familiarity with observability tools: Datadog, Splunk, or Dynatrace. * Experience with code quality analysis using tools such as SonarQube. * Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. **Differences** * Experience with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django. * Experience with Golang. * Collaborative, adaptable profile with a strong desire for continuous learning. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
