Job Summary: This role requires a Junior Systems Analyst to identify and resolve system issues, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to software improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to software development and improvement ### **Job Title** Junior Systems Analyst ### **Job Description** As a team member, you will help determine whether issues reported by customers stem from system malfunctions or not. You will be responsible for identifying the root cause of problems and proposing appropriate solutions. The team interacts daily with support, R\&D, implementation, and customer teams. **Your responsibilities:** * Analyze and simulate incidents reported by the customer * Clearly and objectively document the defect description * Propose solutions for identified defects * Occasionally contribute to software development, bug fixes, and improvements * Strictly adhere to quality standards and guidelines **You are the right person if you have:** * Experience with Java, JavaScript, and databases—PL/SQL preferred * A completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields * Business knowledge in Scheduling systems (appointments, exams, services, integrated scheduling, checkups) * Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and AngularJS is desirable * Strong communication skills across different departments and with customers **How We Work Together** We believe we generate greater impact when working together rather than separately.
