RH Genial is a company specialized in human resources solutions. We provide services ranging from recruitment and selection to people management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Post job openings on platforms, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. Draft announcements, organize corporate events and new employee onboarding activities. Support offboarding processes. Participate in training and development initiatives. Register and update employee data in the system. Organize and archive documentation. Manage medical certificates. Monitor active benefits administration, including enrollments, removals, and modifications as required. Oversee uniform distribution and material delivery. Monitor working hour records, identify inconsistencies, perform corrections, and enter justifications. Previous experience as an HR Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, Training and Development Assistant, or HR Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
