




**Description** **The Opportunity:** Lead the operational team on production lines, transforming parts and raw materials into the company’s products, by-products, and components, ensuring continuous and efficient operations in accordance with the production plan/volumes, deadlines, procedures, drawings, standards, and quality, health, safety, and integrity policies. **How You Will Make an Impact:** * Organize and allocate resources to effectively and efficiently achieve line production objectives and factory performance indicators, meeting the production plan (planning) requirements for volume, quality, reporting, deadlines, and defined inventory service levels. * Monitor deliveries (production plan) for component manufacturing and assembly by leading the operational team on their respective manufacturing lines and respective LPGs, participating in daily production meetings, guiding priorities, discussing indicator results, scrap quantity generated, hours logged, etc., and resolving conflicts. * Contribute to improving production performance by proposing process and facility (installed base) enhancements, based on daily monitoring of production results and operator feedback regarding potential maintenance issues. * Guide and hold the operational team accountable for adherence to and application of pre-established internal controls, quality actions, productivity controls, lean manufacturing tools (Lean, 4Q, TOC), among others, ensuring maintenance of the company’s quality standards as well as implementation of the Master Plan for Health, Occupational Safety, and Integrity. * Maintain close coordination with production support areas to ensure raw material supply, technical understanding, and project/product-specific requirements, meeting demands from work orders/production plans across any of the lines under your responsibility, among others. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education. Professional or technical training is desirable. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, and metrology. * Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies.
