Job Summary: External Quality Inspector for the Alto Vale region to ensure excellence of produced garments, acting as the liaison between the company and sewing partners. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure quality assurance and production flow in the Textile segment. 2. Instruct and guide subcontractors on adjustments and quality improvements. 3. Acquire new subcontractors and resolve medium-level issues. Human Resources Consulting is seeking an External Quality Inspector in Ibirama (Center). We provide recruitment and professional development services for companies and candidates. **Responsibilities:** Operate in the Alto Vale region, ensuring that garments produced by subcontractors meet the brand's excellence standards. You will serve as the liaison between the company and sewing partners, helping maintain quality and production flow. Inspect garment quality at sewing subcontractors according to established norms and standards. Analyze compliance with technical specifications and measurement charts. Instruct and guide subcontractors on adjustments and improvements. Verify priorities and monitor subcontractor production. Report inspection results to coordination. Relay third-party feedback to the subcontractor coordination team. Acquire new subcontractors/third parties aligned with company requirements and resolve medium-level issues. Textile segment. Previous experience as a Quality Auditor, Quality Inspector, Quality Control Analyst, or External Quality Supervisor may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
