Perform pre-preparation, preparation, and finishing of food items, ensuring flavor, presentation, and food safety. Organize the workspace, utensils, and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance after each shift. Control ingredient usage to prevent waste and assist in inventory management. Comply with good food handling practices and internal company procedures.
