Join a dynamic environment undergoing continuous development. **Apply now and come work with us at the park!** This position primarily aims to participate in formulating maintenance management guidelines and communicate them to the technical team alongside the maintenance manager, while monitoring, evaluating, planning, and adjusting maintenance activities across mechanical, electro-electronic, utilities, infrastructure, equipment, and common areas. Assist in maintenance management by developing, implementing, and controlling processes and procedures, and maximizing resource utilization to minimize downtime. **OCCUPATIONAL DESCRIPTION** Create preventive maintenance plans in the Tractian maintenance management system; Assist the maintenance manager in monitoring all maintenance KPIs; * Meet with the maintenance manager and their team leads to jointly plan weekly maintenance activities during park non-operational hours; * Use MS Office tools to prepare reports and performance review meetings; * Guide the maintenance team on performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring minimal equipment failure and maintenance-related downtime, thereby ensuring safety and preserving equipment, facilities, and common areas. * Develop standard maintenance procedures, monitor and ensure their effective implementation across the entire team, verifying and establishing priorities, methods, and work systems to maintain equipment in the conditions specified by design and operation. * Contract service providers, evaluate work execution, assess the need to replace such providers, and other related matters, aiming to maintain service quality. * Assist in managing human, physical, and financial resources within the maintenance department, supporting budget preparation, goal setting and control, and evaluating needs for equipment, materials, training, and other resources. * Stay updated on technological and service innovations through technical literature, trade fairs, events, conferences, etc. * Assist in managing the team's PPE inventory; * Assist in managing the team's banked working hours; * Guide and enforce proper use of the Tractian Maintenance Management System; * Enforce correct uniform usage by the team (clean and properly ironed); * Guide and enforce 5S practices in the Maintenance Department. **Benefits** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Loyalty Bonus: R$200.00 * Pharmacy Voucher Salary: R$3.000,00 - R$3.325,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed High School (Mandatory) Experience: * Microsoft Office suite (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
