**Working Hours:** Standard business hours, Monday to Friday
**Main Responsibilities:**
Request quotations, negotiate, and purchase materials, supplies, and services from domestic and international markets, according to internal demand;
Manage import and export processes for products, including communication with international suppliers, tracking delivery timelines, documentation, and logistics;
Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms, delivery schedules, quality standards, and cost efficiency;
Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire procurement process until delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines, budgets, and specifications;
Support customs clearance process control and monitoring, liaising with customs brokers, freight carriers, and internal departments;
Monitor deadlines, costs, contracts, and agreed commercial terms;
Support inventory analysis, consumption forecasting, and procurement planning;
Ensure adherence to internal policies, procurement department procedures, and applicable legal regulations;
Collaborate closely with internal requesting departments to align procurement activities with business needs;
Support organization and control of procurement-related documents, contracts, and foreign trade operations.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
Previous experience in Procurement/Supply Chain, including hands-on involvement in product import and export
Negotiation experience with domestic and international suppliers
Order management, logistics tracking, and coordination with customs brokers.
Desirable: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
Organized, proactive profile with strong teamwork skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
