Job Summary: This role involves telephone call handling, visitor reception and forwarding, document management, and access control, contributing to the industrial development of the region. Our commitment to responsible and sustainable development is a fundamental part of our DNA. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle and make telephone calls, forwarding calls according to the availability of the person being sought, providing the most appropriate solution in each case. * Receive, identify, and announce visitors, suppliers, service providers, employees, or customers; issue identification badges and direct individuals to their requested destinations. When entering production areas, provide required PPE. * Receive and distribute documents to their respective departments. * Maintain vehicle access control to the production area.
