Our commitment to responsible and sustainable development is a fundamental part of our DNA. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support the planning, scheduling, and control of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities * Develop and update maintenance schedules using tools such as MS Project or similar * Monitor maintenance work orders, ensuring deadlines, resources, and sequences are properly planned * Assist in preparing shutdown letters, maintenance plans, and activity lists * Update maintenance indicators (KPIs), such as: * Maintenance backlog * Schedule compliance * Equipment availability and reliability * Collect technical information from maintenance, operations, and engineering teams * Support the control of resources (labor, materials, and services) required to execute activities * Record and keep maintenance histories updated in the system (CMMS/ERP, e.g., SAP, Totvs, etc.) * Support analysis of simple failures and standardization of maintenance plans * Ensure organization and standardization of maintenance documentation * Monitor field executions when necessary, for technical learning and validation of planned information * Comply with safety, environmental, and internal company procedures **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Production, or related fields * Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance and PCM concepts * Familiarity with schedule development and activity sequencing * Basic knowledge of **MS Project** or similar tools * Intermediate knowledge of **Excel** (tables, filters, basic formulas) **Additional information** **Here you will find:** Life insurance; Health/pharmacy benefit card; Meal allowance/attendance bonus; Chartered transportation; On-site cafeteria; Profit-sharing plan (PLR); Education assistance.
