Your role will focus on Senior CRM, specifically on Foundation, with direct customer interaction via the portal. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, executing automations, and ensuring process fluidity. We seek a communicative, organized, and agile individual who enjoys working in collaborative environments and has the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into efficient solutions.
