




Description: Personal Department Analyst position. Location: Natal/RN; In-person; Work schedule: Monday to Friday - 44 hours. Responsibilities and duties * Handle requests registered in Onvio; * Stay updated on collective bargaining agreements covering clients; * Carry out all procedures required for employee onboarding (registration and issuance of relevant documents); * Calculate and verify payroll in the system before releasing it to the client; * Issue reports and pay slips; * Prepare and verify social charges; * Issue reports for tracking vacation periods; * Prepare vacation notices and receipts; * Issue tax collection guides; * Process contract terminations and all related procedures; * Prepare and submit FGTS Digital, eSocial, and DCTFWeb; * Prepare union dues, DARF, INSS/IRRF; * Monitor leave-of-absence processes with INSS; * Issue negative certificates from INSS and FGTS; * Report work accidents (CAT); * Correct worker data with Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF) using specific forms; * Prepare and submit other ancillary obligations required by social security legislation or the Ministry of Labor, as they arise; * Guide and review activities performed by personnel administration assistants and associates, when requested. Requirements and qualifications * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Mid-level experience in the Personal Department; * Intermediate knowledge of Office365; * Collaborative profile and interest in technology. 2512240202491390684
