Our commitment to responsible and sustainable development is a fundamental part of our DNA. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop production schedules for all production activities and monitor their execution to ensure achievement of established goals and deadlines; * Verify materials required for releasing production orders for execution; * Control and define minimum and maximum stock levels of materials used in production, analyzing requirements and requesting procurement accordingly; * Monitor machines and equipment together with responsible personnel for production planning and control purposes; * Prepare production activity projection reports using data on workload, targets, order backlog, and inventory; * Keep purchase requirements updated for all consumable materials to support production planning; * Develop production scheduling to facilitate achievement of production targets and fulfillment of customer orders; * Maintain controls over raw material and other production material consumption, as well as provide information for managerial reporting; * Maintain controls over manufactured products to enable identification of losses and inventory control across all production process stages; * Calculate and record production reports; * Record production operation stoppages; * Update and disseminate production and quality indicators; * Print labels as needed; * Assist in preparing spreadsheets containing production- and productivity-related data and information; * Assist in collecting operational area data and information; * Open and release production orders; * Assist in conducting production inventories (raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, and others) as instructed; * Assist in entering information for the Cost Department upon request; * Register and update product items and consumption structures in the ERP system according to procedure; * Control and record biomass consumption for boilers in the ERP system; * Allocate consumption of all productive materials (consumed within product structures) as required and per instructions; * Schedule and generate external production orders for paper impregnation needs related to surface finishing; * Create and report external production orders for marketing materials; * Generate controls for scheduling purchasing needs of base papers for surface finishing; * Monitor electricity consumption (CCK); **Requirements and qualifications** * Degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Accounting, or related fields, with at least 50% of coursework completed; * Technical knowledge: Proficiency in Excel and Office tools; * Industrial environment experience and PCP area experience preferred; * Behavioral competencies: Attention to standards and processes, adaptability, initiative, and strong communication skills. **Additional information** **Here you will find:** Life insurance; Health & pharmacy benefit card; Meal allowance / attendance bonus; Chartered transportation; On-site cafeteria; PLR (Profit Sharing or Results-Based Bonus); Education assistance.
