Below are the job responsibilities: \- Develop and monitor monthly managerial indicators for your area, adapt action plans, and work towards results; \- Organize and monitor workflow, identifying better ways to execute processes, implementing internal improvements, and prioritizing deadline compliance; \- Assist the Coordinator in aligning processes with other departments that reflect the department's routines; \- Align processes with other departments that reflect the department's routines; \- Calculate Federal and Municipal taxes; \- Receive technical specifications from the Federation, assign tests, and validate if applicable to the department’s reality; \- Develop accounting presentations for the Management Board; \- Develop and submit health plan operator information reports to ANS; \- Provide information to fiscal and regulatory agencies within their established deadlines; \- Develop reports for Management and the Board; \- Issue and manage digital certificates; \- Stay updated on changes in accounting, tax, and fiscal regulations, ensuring the institution remains compliant with legal requirements; \- Implement necessary accounting adjustments to comply with legislative and regulatory changes; \- Analyze technical provisions from the National Health Agency (ANS); \- Respond to internal and external audits and inspections by providing information, supplying documents, analyzing and discussing discrepancies, and making corrections; \- Control and review revenue and expense accounts, ensuring accurate accounting entries for all transactions; \- Develop financial and accounting performance reports for management and the board; \- Identify opportunities for improvement in accounting processes and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency; \- Ensure accounting processes comply with internal policies and legal requirements; \- Guide and provide technical support to the accounting analysts team, assisting in developing their accounting skills and knowledge; \- Address specific demands related to accounting projects, such as accounting restructurings, integrations, or significant operational changes; \- Ensure sustainable practices established by the institution are followed, minimizing environmental impact and contributing to employee and community health and well-being; \- Foster an organizational culture that promotes workplace safety, ensuring the physical integrity of the team in the work environment; \- Ensure proper risk management practices are carried out within the institution, contributing to the identification, assessment, treatment, and monitoring of risks, and strengthening established internal controls; \- Act according to Unimed's core competencies: cooperate to grow, pursue excellence, delight customers, and manage emotions; \- Perform other related tasks as described above, according to workflow and under the guidance of the area leader. Job Requirements: \- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields; \- Currently pursuing a specialization in Accounting Sciences or related fields; \- Proficiency in Office suite; \- Knowledge of administrative routines; \- Knowledge of tax withholding; \- Advanced Excel skills.
