No prior experience required **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a Cabista to support activities related to the implementation, maintenance, and operation of fiber optic networks, contributing to service quality, safety, and continuity. ¿ Key Responsibilities: - Support achievement of departmental goals and indicators; - Assist in equipment removal from customers; - Perform work at heights, correctly using PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); - Carry out electrical installations and infrastructure support; - Install, test, and maintain cables, hardware, active and passive components in FTTX networks; - Support data center installation and maintenance; - Support construction, repair, and maintenance of fiber optic networks; - Support assembly and maintenance of CEO, CTO, and DIO; - Remove decommissioned cables from the network; - Perform cable routing, tree pruning, and structural adjustments; - Assist with fiber splicing, cable preparation, fiber alignment, and optical distribution boxes; - Respond to fiber optic cable breaks; - Support customer activation and maintenance; - Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment; - Work on an on-call basis when necessary; - Operate company vehicles responsibly and with care; - Manage and support material and equipment movement, registration, and inventory; - Serve internal and external clients, complying with safety standards, compliance requirements, and the Code of Ethics; - Travel and perform other related duties. ¿ **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed elementary education; No experience required; Driver's license category B; **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Basic knowledge of fiber optic network infrastructure and topology; NR10 and NR35 certifications (or willingness to obtain them). **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance/food voucher Starbem – Telehealth and Well-being Services Day off Group life insurance Corporate University – Mhnet Ensina Internet discount after probation period Transportation voucher Wellhub (Gympass) **Work Location:** ---------------------- CRICIÚMA/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Additional Information:** --------------------------- On-site position available in Criciúma
