Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage order portfolio and monitor goods readiness; * Implement orders, consolidate cargo, and schedule shipments; * Follow up on orders/shipments with customers; * Interface with support areas (logistics, production, finance, marketing, among others); * Interface with customers to address their needs; * Register customers and representatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced English and Spanish (mandatory); * Prior experience in international trade is desirable; * Proficiency in Excel-based analysis and reporting; * Analytical profile and logical reasoning skills; * **Preference for candidates residing in Criciúma or nearby regions, with on-site work required**. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it may be**.
