




We are supporting Dr. Hair in searching for a Unit Coordinator / Manager to lead a clinic with excellence, strategic vision, and results orientation. This role is essential to ensure commercial performance, development of a high-performing team, and the best patient experience. **Mission:** Lead the business unit with strategic vision and practical execution, ensuring achievement of commercial targets, operational excellence, and accurate representation of the Dr. Hair brand. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, train, and develop the team (biomedical professionals, consultants, client acquisition specialists, and assistants); deliver feedback, coaching, performance evaluations, and manage scheduling and team climate. * Manage key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue, conversion rates, average transaction value, appointment scheduling, attendance rates, and Net Promoter Score (NPS). * Set goals and action plans; implement operational improvements. * Supervise patient care workflows, cash handling, payments, accounts receivable, invoicing, and inventory management. * Coordinate local marketing initiatives, content production, and strategic partnerships. * Represent the unit at events and ensure correct application of the Dr. Hair brand identity. * Handle critical cases, VIP clients, complex sales, and strategic post-sales activities. **Periodic Activities:** * Daily routines: monitoring KPIs, cash flow, patient care, and social media content. * Weekly routines: results review meetings, reporting, coaching sessions, corporate meetings, and benchmarking. * Monthly routines: comprehensive reporting, alignment with executive leadership, performance evaluations, and plan reviews. **Tools and Systems:** Corporate CRM, financial management system, advanced Excel, WhatsApp Business, corporate email, HR systems, and digital marketing tools. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree preferred in Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields; MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus. * Solid experience in leadership and results-driven management, preferably in retail, aesthetics, healthcare, or service industries. * Knowledge of financial management, KPIs, CRM/ERP systems, labor and health regulations, coaching, sales, and local marketing. **Competencies:** Inspirational leadership, business acumen, effective communication, emotional intelligence, organizational skills, results orientation, strategic thinking, and ability to solve complex problems. **Working Conditions:** * 44-hour weekly schedule with flexibility. * On-site work at the Dr. Hair unit. * Premium environment, complete infrastructure, and corporate resources. **Development and Career Path:** The company offers a managerial development track covering leadership, finance, compliance, marketing, and trichology.
