**Responsibilities and duties**
* Carry out hiring processes, verifying documentation, drafting employment contracts, and ensuring compliance with current legislation;
* Perform payroll closing, including salary calculations, overtime, allowances, deductions, benefits, taxes, and ancillary obligations;
* Calculate and process terminations;
* Monitor and calculate vacation time;
* Perform assessment of labor and social security charges;
* Support administration of employee benefits;
* Monitor and manage time records, hour banks, and overtime, making adjustments when necessary;
* Provide support in answering questions regarding labor regulations, contracts, payroll, and internal policies.
**Requirements and qualifications**
